BestShare provides a temporary file sharing service. Files are automatically deleted after expiration or download limits. We do not provide permanent storage.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BestShare to:

• Store or share illegal content
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Infringe on copyrights or trademarks
• Harass or threaten others
• Spam or conduct phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

4. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload. BestShare does not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content.

End-to-End Encrypted Files: Due to the nature of E2EE, we cannot scan encrypted files for malware or respond to DMCA requests for encrypted content. By using E2EE, you acknowledge this limitation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading files, you grant BestShare a license to store and share them according to your settings.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may also remove content we deem illegal or harmful without notice.

7. Disclaimers

No Warranty: BestShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. To submit a DMCA takedown request, please use our DMCA Reporting Form.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
